Theories

Operational temperature (to melt the ice)

Far too high as Celsius, probably too high as Fahrenheit, far too low as Kelvin.

Ambient/environmental temperature

A bit too low as Kelvin, near the lowest ever recorded in the northern hemisphere and well out of the normal arctic range.

Heading

Possible, but the appropriateness of this explanation would depend entirely on the purpose and meaning of the coordinates/titles.
