Material Order Desk
|Material Order Desk / Robert Bramble(?)|
The Material Order Desk number is (888) 854-2402 extension 2.
On April 30th, a message was found on the Agent Systems with code 18084, which included instructions to call (888) 854-2402. The Material Order Desk was able to be contacted from extension 2. (add information about typical calls)
In one case, Material Order Desk referred to himself as Robby. This name would become relevant later when we received the Pennsylvania Tree Trunk drop, where a disk included text files with leaked information was signed "-ROBBY".
At around 0645 UTC on May 1st, 2013 we were able to connect to a real person on ext 2 of (888) 854-2402. An american man greeted the phone with "Material Desk" and then asked a colleague "So whats this thing about again? the material order desk" then he started what seemed to be a program connected to an ABISM device and asked for an Account Number which come in varied formats. After giving him the Account Number AB000 he then asked for a Job Code and said these were numerical only.

Nandando managed to decode the tones from our first Materials Order Desk recording and got the following:
=)*ABISM-*= =-*LOGI --*PASSWO ---*ACCOUNTNUM
Later much more of ABISM was decoded from that call:
L0j1k Order/Call -- 09 May 2013
L0j1k called MoD for the first time to attempt entry of account and job codes that were found with the NYC Central Park drop. This call lasted nearly half an hour and revealed a lot of information about both MoD and Message Desk. The name "Jay" was mentioned by MoD as someone with some control over MoD/MD. Here is a transcription of that call (and below is a recording of the call, edited to remove L0j1k's RL info): http://pastebin.com/5jzE7QRP
L0j1k Order/Call -- 11 May 2013
L0j1k called and ordered AB101-DOC. This call was very cut-and-dry. MoD was not in the mood to talk about anything not directly relating to the order. Of particular note: L0j1k attempted to order Product Code OP-OTPMOD (previously revealed in OTP Black message as the order/product code for a "OTP Key Space Replacement" - see Message:01/29/2013/18103/01:40). MoD typed this order code into his machine and it responded that this is an "invalid" code. L0j1k then submitted AB101-DOC and the order was successfully dispatched. Whether or not this means the series of product codes relating to hardware encryption are now completely invalid remains to be seen.

Having been offline for some time, the 888 number was now found to have a recorded message upon dialling.
"You have reached the network services complex. Please note, the extension for the automated MSP maintenance system has been changed. Please refer to your official instructions for assistance. At the tone, you'll be prompted for an extension. In the future, press any key to skip this announcement. Thank you."
You then get a dialling tone where you can enter numbers. If you don't enter anything, or enter something incorrect, you get an "error siren".
User bobdamnit has reported different results when attempting to dial extensions - a few beeps and then a "busy" tone.
User Smugtrio was given a busy tone immediately on dialling MOD's number (on 9th Jan 2014).
The extension results in the table below have been called and verified by both morningcoffee and sauceman.
