Using this guide you will be able to automatically transcribe the numbers read off in the transmissions using a program called Dragon Naturally Speaking. Dragon Naturally Speaking is a speech-to-text tool useful for transcribing audio from either microphone or an imported file. This is not freeware, but can be downloaded (illegally) via a torrent client such as uTorrent.

Step 1) Download Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11.5 Premium from here. If you are new to using torrents, you will need the a bittorrent client to download this application click here.

Step 1.5) If you have never used torrent software before, please do some prior research before downloading anything and make sure what you download is safe. Use sites like The Pirate Bay and look for icons beside torrents or look at comments to see how safe a torrent is. Read this before pirating anything to stay safe while doing so.

Step 2) After the program has finished downloading, double click the entry to open the path it downloaded to. Here you will see a folder and a few files. Run Install by GuidoZ.bat and the installation process will begin.

Step 3) Follow the installation instructions listed in the ReadMe text file. (They are incredibly easy, it just contains the serial and easy instructions)

Step 4) After the program has installed, run it and you will be prompted to create a new user profile. These settings are not important, you just need a profile to continue to the next step.

Step 5) You should now have a white bar at the top of your screen with a few options on the right, click Tools -> DragonPad. This will open a notepad where your audio will be transcribed.

Step 6) Next we will need a MP3 file that will be transcribed. You can download the audio from Vocaroo at the bottom by Right clicking “Save link as” on the MP3 link at the bottom.

Step 7) Go to Tools -> Transcribe Recording and select the file you downloaded. Click Transcribe.

The mp3 file will now be automatically transcribed to the DragonPad, note this may take a minute.

IMPORTANT: The only thing this will successfully transcribe is the numbers. Words will not be successfully transcribed.

Here is a sample transcription I did using the file: http://s0.vocaroo.com/media/download_temp/Vocaroo_s0Bk823V951E.mp3 980 3249 4849 5557 3255 5146 4953 5554 3245 4948. The 46 5354 5752 3282 6981 6584 3214 nine 5658 5250 9265 7169 7884 3251 5156 5556 3251 4846 5152 5753 3245 4949 5146 5655 5755 3282 6981 6584 3254 5850 5092 8385 8080 76 8932 4949 5151 5232 5153 4654 5052 5432 4549 4848 4650 5149 5632 8269 8165 8432 5051 5853 5092

You will notice there are no breaks between numbers, you will have to add these yourself since the program can not differentiate. But the numbers should be 99% accurate. You can always listen to the numbers as they are transcribed to make sure that its 100% accurate.

Here is the fixed format transcription: 80 32 49 48 49 55 57 32 55 51 46 49 53 55 54 32 45 49 48 50 46 53 54 57 52 32 82 69 81 65 84 32 14 56 58 52 50 92 65 71 69 78 84 32 51 51 56 55 56 32 51 48 46 51 52 57 53 32 45 49 49 51 46 56 55 57 55 32 82 69 81 65 84 32 54 58 50 50 92 83 85 80 80 76 89 32 49 49 51 51 52 32 51 53 46 54 50 52 54 32 45 49 48 48 46 50 51 49 56 32 82 69 81 65 84 32 50 51 58 53 50 92

To convert this to text go to http://home.paulschou.net/tools/xlate/ And paste the numbers into the bottom middle box that says ASCII and then click decode. It will be decoded. Note this may not have been transcribed correctly because I am in a hurry and didn’t have time to verify the numbers are correct using the vocaroo file. If you verify these before decrypting, it will be 100% correct.
